1. Controller — who we are

The controller responsible for personal data processed on this website is Optixall OÜ, a private limited company (osaühing) registered in Estonia, registry code 17591086, registered address Ahtri tn 12, Kesklinna linnaosa, 15551 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. OptiCall is a product of Optixall OÜ. This policy covers our public websites. When a customer uses the OptiCall platform, Optixall OÜ processes call and conversation data on that customer's behalf under a separate data processing agreement; the customer remains the controller of that data.

2. What we process and why

Correspondence. When you write to us (e-mail, demo request), we process your name, e-mail address, company and the content of your message to answer you and to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Technical data. Our hosting and content-delivery provider records connection data (IP address, time, requested page, user agent) in server logs to deliver the site securely and to protect it from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Third-party services

The website uses the following services, which may process technical data described above:

Cloudflare, Inc. — the website is served from Cloudflare's network (Workers static assets, DNS, DDoS protection); connection data is processed in transit and in security logs.
Google Fonts — web fonts are loaded from Google servers; your browser transmits its IP address to fetch them.

Where a provider is established outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

4. Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus the statutory retention periods. Server logs are kept for a short period required for security and are then deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
